In 2023, the AAA-ICDR Foundation funded the Trauma-Informed and Bias-Resistant Resource System for Courts, a project of the CUNY Dispute Resolution Center and MH Mediate. Though these resources are designed specifically for use in court contexts, they teach twelve core skills that can be adapted in any situation to help practitioners be bias-resistant and trauma-informed. The resources are provided for free and include 12 core tools.
